1 Upper Structure: comprehensive Introduction and Integration of CIFA Mixer Drum Technology
(1) DEM Analysis + Fifth-Generation Double-Helix Blades + Counterflow-Enhanced Mixing Holes
The fifth-generation double-helix blades enable three-dimensional concrete mixing, effectively eliminating material accumulation and segregation at both the front and rear sections of the drum. The residual discharge rate is reduced to less than 0.5%.
The dual-logarithmic variable-pitch blade design ensures excellent mixing uniformity and rapid discharge performance. Combined with multi-phase three-dimensional mixing technology, it fully adapts to both dry-material and wet-material mixing and transportation conditions, delivering superior mixing quality and operational efficiency.
(2) Exclusive Patented "T"-Shaped Blades
ZOOMLION's patented "T"-shaped blade technology is the only concrete mixer truck blade technology in China to have obtained both European and Chinese invention patents.
The spiral mixing blades are equipped with a "T"-shaped wear-resistant protection strip, which enhances mixing performance in the mixing zone and improves discharge efficiency in the discharge zone. At the same time, it effectively prevents the formation of radial cracks, extending blade service life by 20%.
In addition, the application of specially developed high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel significantly increases the service life of the mixer drum by 60%–80%.
As a result, ZOOMLION mixer trucks fundamentally solve the problem of concrete segregation. Compared with conventional designs, material loading and discharge efficiency is improved by more than 30%, while the residual discharge rate is reduced to below 0.5%.
2 Chassis: Long-Endurance Performance
Through the strategic cooperation between ZOOMLION and SHACMAN, a dedicated chassis for concrete mixer trucks has been jointly developed based on extensive field application experience and targeted solutions to common operational challenges. This specialized chassis offers the following advantages:
The vehicle is equipped with a high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, backed by a 5-year warranty. After 5 years of operation (or 800,000 kWh of cumulative discharge), battery capacity degradation remains within 30%, ensuring advanced technology, reliable quality, and long-lasting performance.
Designed to handle a wide range of operating conditions and challenging road environments, the vehicle can easily meet the daily mileage requirements of concrete mixing operations.
With an energy consumption of only 150–200 kWh per 100 km, it is significantly more economical than conventional diesel-powered mixer trucks. The vehicle delivers truly zero-emission operation, providing an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solution for modern concrete transportation.
