ZE150WG is Zoomlion's new generation G series 15-ton wheel excavator, which is widely used in urban and rural infrastructure conditions such as municipal administration, landscaping, and community renovation. It has the characteristics of flexible transfer, comfortable driving, strong controllability, fuel saving and low consumption, aiming to bring higher profits to customers.

It has the following three characteristics:

1.High power

The ZE150WG excavator is equipped with a powerful engine (Cummins OSF4.5 engine) and an high efficient hydraulic system, which can easily complete various excavation and loading operations and is suitable for different types of soils and working conditions.

ELAC electronic control system：

Through loading control technology, PID control, load mutation technology, heavy-load power enhancement technology, etc., the product fuel consumption is reduced, the operation coordination is improved, and the operation efficiency is higher.

The vehicle has infinitely variable speed shifting, real-time four-wheel drive, and can reach a speed of 38Km/h; it is equipped with a high-pressure independent variable and external control over-authority control travel system, three-speed shifting, and off-road and road modes can be switched at will; the adaptive dual-balance hydraulic suspension system, suspension, brake, and travel logic control improve driving safety; the dual-circuit independent control brake system is safe and stable.

2.Large Machine Body

The machine adopts a new generation of G series family-style appearance design, four-wheel drive  and large-size body, and more stable operation. The cab space is wider, the working field is better, and the driving is more comfortable.

3.Excellent Capability

C-type earthwork bucket (standard)

Standard 0.6 square bucket, higher excavation and loading efficiency.

▲C-type earthwork bucket design, optimized bucket shape, excavation and loading operations do not stick to the bucket, higher work efficiency;

▲Using large-area high-strength wear-resistant plate covering, the bucket structure has higher strength and rigidity, and longer service life.

The boom section box design, the overall section increased by 9%, the front, middle and rear supports adopt high-strength structural design, higher strength, more adaptable to harsh working conditions; the front and rear supports of the bucket rod adopt high-strength structure, the overall section increased by 6%, the load-bearing area is larger, and the performance is more reliable.

The frame adopts elevated D-type side beams and elevated I-beam main beams, and high-strength steel plates are used in key parts. After rigorous durability tests, the overall strength is high and the safety is better.
