The HGY21-3R Mobile Hydraulic Concrete Placing Boom is a high-efficiency, electro-hydraulic concrete distributing machine designed for modern high-rise buildings, bridges, precast yards, and large-scale industrial construction. Featuring a 20.6 m horizontal placing radius, a 3-section "R"-fold articulated boom, and a full 360° continuous rotation, this equipment expands the working range of concrete pumps and eliminates placing dead zones.
Equipped with a 5.5 kW energy-efficient electric motor, a 30 MPa high-pressure hydraulic system, and dual proportional wireless/wired remote controls, the HGY21 provides smooth, stable, and precise concrete distribution with low power consumption and zero job-site exhaust emissions.

High-Pressure Hydraulic Station: Delivers up to 30 MPa system pressure via precision solenoid switching valves, ensuring smooth boom articulation and minimal end-hose sway.
4. Intelligent Dual Remote Control:
Equipped with an industrial wireless remote controller and a backup tethered cable controller, allowing the operator to control boom movements and slewing from optimal viewing angles on the pouring deck.
5. Heavy-Duty Wear-Resistant Delivery Pipeline:
Standard Φ125 mm (5") twin-wall / wear-resistant delivery pipes and heavy-duty elbow joints ensure high aggregate throughput, low pumping resistance, and long service life. Includes a standard 3 m flexible end hose for pinpoint pouring.
