Zoomlion ZT135HEV is a 90-ton-class hybrid off-highway wide-body mining dump truck developed for demanding material transport operations in open-pit mines, quarries and large-scale earthmoving projects. Its engine-series-parallel hybrid powertrain combines an engine with dual electric motors to deliver strong tractive performance and efficient energy management across haul roads with varying grades and surface conditions.

With a rated payload of 92,000 kg, a 55/66 m³ dump body capacity and a peak driving power of up to 940 kW, the ZT135HEV is designed to support high-volume material hauling. The newly developed U-shaped dump body helps guide material toward the center of the body and reduces uneven loading. Its structure is designed to improve crack resistance, with strength stated to be increased by 15% compared with the relevant conventional design reference.

5. High Power and Regenerative Braking Capability
The ZT135HEV delivers peak driving power of up to 940 kW and maximum braking power of 1,060 kW. The 101 kWh battery system supports the hybrid powertrain and braking-energy management strategy, helping the truck maintain controlled performance during loaded hauling and downhill operation.
