Electrical Specification Of Concrete Pump Truck (Part 3)
This part will introduce the function and method of operation according to function. If there is no manual operation, just introduce its function.
1.1 Usage, maintenance and failure of accumulator
The power of concrete pump truck is volts DC+24V. It has two accumulators of 12V. It belongs to fittings of chassis.
The two accumulators are under the front leg. Open the cover of the accumulator box you will see it and you can change or maintain it.
The accumulator is charged by generator when the engine is working. The chassis and the mounted part are supplied power with the accumulator.
1.2 About the power change of the chassis
The power of the concrete pump truck is supplied with chassis. If you want to change the power between driving and pumping, you must operate the changing driving and working panel. The switch valve is very important.
At the same time, the accumulator would supply power to the mounted part by using this panel.
Attention:
When you want to change the state of the chassis, please operate it as the above described strictly lest incorrect operation bringing hurt.
When you operate it, please pay attention to the state of the concrete pump truck, listen to the sound of transfer case in order to prevent contingency.
Transfer case failure is a serious power failure. It may cause the damage of transfer case, so you should take the measure at once.
If the component which is on the panel is broken, please replace it in time. If you want to switch the power temporarily, you must follow the Zoomlion professional's instruction. If the air valve is broken, replace it.
1.3 Landing leg box and operation
The multiple unit valve must get the power if you want to operate the boom or the landing leg. There is a key switch on the landing leg box that is used to change the power to boom or landing leg.
Attention:
Only when the first boom is on the site, you can operate with the landing leg, otherwise it may cause the overturn accident.
Notice:
1. The boom proximity switch is on the boom carriage. It's used to check the first boom signal. Make sure the boom proximity switch works in normal and there is nothing on its surface.
2. Release all emergency stop buttons before operating.
3. If the key switch is turned to "landing leg" but can't operate with the landing leg, please check the signal of first boom and the output of the leg button. Replace the discreteness in time if it is broken.
1.4 Boom operation
Notice:
The touch screen shows the angle of the gyration. Please refer to: part 4 matters need attention of small poling.
Because of importing the especial way of poling, the system limits the angle of the gyration.
When the angle is out of the range of the safe angle (the finger is in the red area).
The remote controller can't work in normal. It may be the error of the remote controller communication.
If the discreteness of the remote controller is broken, please connect with the professional.
If the remote controller is failure or other electric reason caused the gyration abnormally, you can control the boom in mechanical way.
If there is something wrong with multiple unit valve, please replaced it.
3.5 Accelerate or decelerate, pump or reverse pump and discharge
Pump start (operate the boom and the landing leg), the engine would speed up to the working speed.
1.6 Pump function: HIM monitor record
There is a system monitor interface in touch screen. It concludes the record of the pump data. Please refer to Part Ⅱ.
1.7 Churn, reverse churn, cleaning pump and lubrication
The charging hopper has the function of mixing. It's electrical controlled. The switch of mix is a three position self-locking switch. If the pressure is over the setting value, the concrete pump truck would mix in reverse for a few seconds to reduce the pressure. If the signal of overpressure is still exist, the system would switch over the way of mixing.
Scavenging pump can produce high pressure water column. It supplies the high pressure water column to hydraulic giant to clean the concrete pump truck.
The machine needs lubrication. The concrete pump truck of zoomlion has the lubricating system that is aerodynamic. If you chose the auto lubrication, the system would lubricate for 2 minutes when the mounted part gets the power or the boom is on the site. In pumping, the lubricate system would work for 30 seconds every pump for 5 minutes. The user can set the lubrication parameters by themselves according to work condition.
1.8 Debug
When the concrete pump truck works for a long time, the plunger would be replace by a new one. The function of crawl the master cylinder and tilt cylinder is also used in debugging and current maintenance.
Notice:
If there is serious failure in electric turnaround, you can use the crawl way to control the pump temporarily.
1.9 Auto cooler
The cooler of the concrete pump truck is used to cool the hydraulic liquid.
Because of the difference environment, the cooler demand is not same.
In order to save energy and fit for the cooler demands, we add the function of adjusting fan speed.
Notice:
In order to prevent the accumulator over consumption because of the cooler working in incessancy. So we check the engine speed. Only when the speed is over a certain value, the fan could work.
It's forbidden that start the air condition or cooler when the concrete pump truck is not on work.
The cooler speed is not adjusted automatically: Something wrong with the temperature sensor or the controller can't get the information correctly. Check the circle of the sensor signal. If there is something wrong with the discreteness, replace it with a new one.
Either fan can't work in normal: check the voltage of the power supply. It maybe caused by broken discreteness. Please replace it.
1.10 Other function
Other function: Emergency stop, horn control, the pilot lamp, over pressure alarm, low oil level alarm and so on. This part only gives the attention when you use them. Please refer to other part of the instruction book or complete appliance instruction.
Notice:
a. When you press the emergency stop button, the mounted part would stop working and the engine speed would drop down. After for a while, the engine would be flame out.
b. Filter jam overpressure signal is not collected for the controller. So you can't inquire about the filter jam information from the touch screen. You can get the information from the indicator light on the control cabinet panel. Please keep maintenance in time.
c. Avoid opening the clean pump when the concrete pump truck is pumping. Because of that case the engine speed would drop down.
Attention:
Low oil level or the angle of the body over the safety, the horn would give an alarm. You can get the alarm information from the HMI.
