Electrical Specification Of Concrete Pump Truck (Part 2)
The new man-machine interactive system of concrete pump truck is a kind of outside industry display screen which is carried in from German. The defense level is IP67. Compared with the old screen, the new one is better in dust or water proof, displaying under highlight, service life and so on. There are 6 buttons with lamp and a rotary button with lamp. All kinds of operation are done with these 7 buttons. In order to extend service life, please pay an attention to avoid collision or scrape.
The gradation of new man-machine interactive system is: Menu-Sub-Menu-Details. Every page is divided into three parts: title bar, monitor or setting area and function key note area.
1.1 Operation guide of HMI (Human Machine Interface)
1.1.1 Key definition
F1/F2: Used to move the cursor.
F3/F4: Used to page down switch, or according to the pop-up information related to the operation.
F5: Escape from the current action before confirm the value.
F6: Page switch key to return to previous menu.
1.1.2 Operation example
1. Parameter set-up
a. Move the cursor by pressing F1 or F2 to choose which item you want to select.
b. Press the rotary button to enter the configuration statue.
c. Turn left or right the rotary button to change parameter. Over parameter range values will not be changed.
d. Press the rotary button to configure input.
e. Move the cursor, Re-configuration of another item.
Notice:
If you want to cancel the value, press F5 before confirm the value.
2. Password input
a. Press F1 or F2 to choose which number item you want to select, the color of item would be change into green, then push the button to confirm.
b. After finished input operation, press F4 to submit the password.

After setting parameters, please restart the system.
If operating too fast is easy to cause error, then you need to enter the page once again.
The options show "None" are only provided for the professional after service. They are used to setting important parameters to ensure the system works in normal. Wrong setting would cause the heavy damage even casualty. So it's forbidden setting these parameters by unprofessional person. Otherwise our company would be irresponsibility!
