No Equipment in Stock, No Written Quotation - The Customer Paid us in Advance
On November 25, 2025, our company (Himalaya Technology Co., Ltd.) successfully delivered a used Sany Volvo ultra-long boom concrete pump truck to an old customer.
The customer, from Kyrgyzstan, placed complete trust in our company. Despite there being no physical pump truck truck available for inspection, no written quotation, and no formal contract, he directly transferred our company USD30,000 to find and purchase a concrete pump truck through only telephone call on price and other commercial terms, which fully demonstrates the deep trust built up through our long-term cooperation.
Our company initially screened 4 units Sany Volvo concrete pump trucks, Our company ultimately rejected to buy any one because of their bad condition. Although the buyer was satisfied with one of the 4 concrete pump trucks and agreed to buy, our General Manager, Mr. Yang Anton evaluated that the equipment still had certain issues after careful inspection and did not meet our standards for a top-quality product. Based on this assessment, he advised the customer to abandon the purchase and select another satisfied unit.
The 5th concrete pump truck, which was ultimately selected, fully met our company's stringent quality requirements. In order to live up to the customer's complete trust and ensure the delivery of a high-quality product, our company carried out a comprehensive and in-depth overhaul, including:
replacement of the steering gear;
full chassis maintenance;
replacement of tires and brake pads, and installation of a spare tire bracket;
replacement of slewing turret bolts;
replacement of all pipelines, hydraulic oil filters, spectacle plate, and cutting ring;
installation of a hopper cover and hopper light;
complete maintenance of the upper structure;
and resolution of all fault codes in both the chassis and the upper structure.
The concrete pump truck departed from Changsha machinery yard without fault code and successfully arrived at the Irkeshtam border crossing after a 4,885.5-kilometer journey completed within 5.5 days. Throughout the entire journey, the equipment experienced no mechanical failures. At the time of handover, only two bulbs were found to be damaged, which fully demonstrates the excellent condition of the pump truck and our company's extremely high standards for maintenance and delivery.
