How to adjust the boom speed of concrete pump truck ZOOMLION
Principle: Adjust the boom current value in the system, and control the flow of hydraulic oil of the multi-way valve, in order to adjust the speed of the boom.
1 Enter the system with a password to “Login“, choose the boom setting page; stay on this page.
2 Toggle the corresponding handle of the remote control (Fast mode, Slow mode, boom handle) to adjust the boom current in the corresponding mode:
2.1 Push the boom handle to adjust the maximum current(FAST MAX or SLOW MAX) when the BUS value is >=110, and adjust the minimum current(MIN) when the BUS value is >=5 and<50.
2.2 Simultaneously press the acceleration button(PRM+) of the remote control to increase the boom current, or press the deceleration button (PRM-) of the remote control to decrease the current;
Steps 2.1 and 2.2 should be operated simultaneously.
3 Return to the main page, and the system will automatically save the settings.
Remarks: It is not suitable to adjust the maximum current of the first boom and the second boom too large, which may affect the safety of the concrete pump truck.
